Your Casco FCU debit and credit cards can easily be added to mobile wallets such as Apple Pay & Google Wallet. Quickly and conveniently make payments in-app, online, or at a brick-and-mortar business using your phone! Mobile wallets can make your checkout faster and easier.
Many of your favorite retailers also have digital wallets tied to their apps. Amazon, Starbucks, McDonald’s, PayPal, Venmo, and others also provide the option to save your card within their app for easy, fast checkout.
What is a digital mobile wallet?
Apple Pay and Google Pay are mobile wallets that provide a convenient way to store your Casco FCU debit and credit cards so you can make purchases using just your computer, mobile phone, or smartwatch rather than your physical card.
How to load your Casco FCU debit or credit card in your digital wallet
Smart devices come with the most common apps preloaded. If you have an iPhone, for example, your phone will likely have the Apple Pay wallet already installed. Other prominent mobile wallet app options include Google Pay for Android phones.
Step 1:
Open the wallet app on your device
Step 2:
For Google Pay, tap “Payment” and then “Add.” For Apple Pay, tap the add (+) button in the upper-right corner.
Step 3:
Snap a picture of your card or enter the details manually. Your digital wallet is now ready to use!
Once you have your card information stored, set your trusted Casco FCU card to “default method of payment” for all your online merchant accounts!

Using Your Mobile Wallet
In-store purchases:
Look for this universal contactless payment symbol at the checkout:
Open your mobile wallet. Choose your Casco FCU debit or credit card and enter your passcode, touch ID, or use face recognition and hold your phone near the mobile wallet reader at checkout.
Online purchases:
When checking out online using your mobile device, choose Apple Pay or Google Pay, when purchasing online rather than entering your card information. You’ll know if it’s available if you see the appropriate mobile wallet buttons as a payment option. Make sure your Casco FCU Debit and/or Credit Card are already in your mobile wallet!
